The Ace of Spades 2

Game Description: The Ace of Spades 2 is a fun variation of tripeaks solitaire.

How to Play The Ace of Spades 2:

  • Once the game fully loads, click the 'continue' button directly under the game title.
  • On the next screen you see, click either 'Play Random Boards' or 'Choose a Starting Board.'
  • If you have a favorite starting board you may choose to play that board in round one by selecting it from the available board selection, or just play random boards. After the first round all subsequent boards will be random.
  • Each round begins with 30 cards face down (the pack), 1 card face up immediately to the right of the pack (the discard pile), and numerous cards with some face up and some face down (the board).
  • A card may be moved from the board unto the discard pile when it is one card higher or lower. For example if the discard pile shows a 7, any 8 or any 6 may be moved from the board unto the pile.
  • Build sequences until the board is clear. For instance: 3, 2, A, K, Q, J, 10, J, Q, K, A, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3... The order can be ascending, descending or both.
  • The bigger the sequence, the higher you’ll score. Ex: 100, 200, 300, 400
  • Score extra points, or earn extra cards for the pack, by playing the Ace of Spades card.
  • Receive 1000 bonus points for each card that remains in the pack when you successfully complete a round.
  • Use your left mouse button to move a card from the board to the discard pile by clicking on it. (The card will automatically move as long as it is eligible to do so).
  • When no play is available from the board click on the pack. Upon your click, that card will turn face up on the discard pile.
  • The goal of The Ace of Spades 2 is to move the entire board unto the discard pile before the pack runs out of cards. If you do, you go on to the next round of play and the game continues.
  • The game ends when you fail to remove all of the cards from the board.
  • If you want to play a new game, and the game does not restart, simply click the refresh button on your browser.

The Ace of Spades 2 Playing Tips:
  • Face down cards on the board will be revealed when all cards on top of them are played. If you have a choice of cards to play, always play the card that will result in other face down cards being revealed. For instance, if you have two tens available to play and one of the tens has a hidden face down card underneath it and the other ten has no card underneath it, select the one that has the card underneath it. The more cards you can get turned over the better.
  • Play the Ace of Spades when you have the chance to do so. Not only will this give you lots of points, sometimes you also receive bonus cards that go to the pack... giving you more chances to make moves and win the round.

Richard's Rating: 4 out of 5.

Comments: This is a very pleasant game to play. There is no timer, which makes it very relaxing. And there is a large variety of boards, which keeps things interesting.

  1. Can't keep off this game. Usually go for Richard's Millionaire game, then on to this. Addictive, and try to push myself into the higher score levels. Horrible feeling when pack of cards runs out just as you're about to top your highest ever run. Time passes in a flash. Do not take your notebok into work, you'll get the sack.
