Game Description: Get all the red balls on the red side of the board, and all the blue balls on the blue side of the board, by sliding the paddle.
How to Play Ball Trap:
- The game has two sides: a red side and a blue side.
- There are two types of colored balls: red and blue.
- Use your mouse to slide the paddle up and down between the two sides.
- The paddle has an opening which allows the balls to pass to the opposite side of the board.
- You win the level when all red balls are on the red side, and all blue balls are on the blue side!
- There are 5 levels of play.
- Level 1 has ten balls (five of each color)
- Level 2 has twenty balls (ten of each color)
- Level 3 has thirty balls (fifteen of each color)
- Level 4 has forty balls (twenty of each color)
- Level 5 has fifty balls (twenty-five of each color)
- You begin on Level 1.
- If you win Level 1, you may play Level 2 or repeat Level 1 again.
- You may play Level 3 by winning twice. It does not matter if you win Level 1 two times, or if you win Level 1 one time and Level 2 one time. You just need to have two wins to open up Level 3.
- You need three wins to open up Level 4.
- You need four wins to open up Level 5.

Ball Trap Playing Tips:
- Ball Trap is not that difficult on Levels 1 and 2. But, Levels 3, 4, and 5 are extremely challenging. What makes Ball Trap so difficult is not the speed of the balls. In fact, the balls move rather slow. Instead it is the number of balls you have to watch. When several balls are approaching the opening at the same time it is hard to think fast enough. Should I let just one ball go through? And which one? Should I let more than one ball go through? And which ones? Should I let all balls go through? Or, should I let no balls go through? These are the types of decisions you must make simultaneously.
- One strategy you may want to try is to get all of the balls on one side of the board. Then you only need to concentrate on letting one color pass through the opening and keep the other color from passing through. For example, if all of the balls were on the blue side you would only let red balls pass through the opening (to get to the red side) and not allow any blue balls to pass through. While in theory this sounds good, it is very difficult to do. But, for the more difficult levels it is the only suggestion I can come up with. Good luck!
Richard's Rating: 3 out of 5.
Pro: Ball Trap is quite fun on Levels 1 and 2. But, if you are up for an extreme challenge try Levels 3, 4, or 5!
Con: Usually I don't mind having a game with no sounds. But this is one game that, perhaps, could have used a little sound. Maybe some background music would have been nice?
