Birds on a Wire

Birds on a Wire
Game Description: Birds on a Wire is in essence a bubble shooting game, although in this game you shoot birds instead of bubbles. The idea is to make matches of three or more similiar birds to remove them from the playing field. If you are able to remove all of the birds before any bird reaches the horizontal line at the bottom, you win, and you go on to the next level of play. However if even one bird reaches the line at the bottom, it is instant game over! Good luck, and have fun!

How to Play Birds on a Wire:
  • Once the game fully loads, click the 'Play' button to begin.
  • The bird you are going to shoot is positioned on the spring-like contraption.
  • Aim with your mouse, and click to shoot.

Birds on a Wire Playing Tips:
  • Watch the 'Danger Level' on the right side. When it gets to the top stripe, all of the birds will move down to the next wire.
  • You will always know what type of bird you will be shooting with your next shot because you will see this bird fluttering just inside the lower right pole. Knowing the next bird you will shoot can help you plan your current shot.
  • Learn the bank shot where you will bounce the bird off of one of the side poles, either on the left or right. Many times the only way to reach your intended target will be to use the bank shot. The bank shot is easy to learn, and only takes a little bit of practice to perfect.
  • Try to make matches higher up on the playing field, because if any birds are only connected to the other birds at the point where your shot hits, all of the lower birds will be removed too. That is the way to remove large numbers of birds with a single shot.
  • Take you time with each shot, because Birds on a Wire has no clock or time limit.

Please Note: I apologize for Birds on a Wire being cut-off somewhat on the right side. There seems to be no easy solution to fixing this. However, you can still play the game without having any problems, because you can see everything that you need to see. So, at worst, this is simply a minor inconvenience.
