Game Description: Catch as many cakes as you can before getting caught by a mouse trap.
How to Play Cake Catcher:
- Use your mouse to drag the mouse around the board (No pun intended!) and try to catch cakes.
- The more cakes you catch, the more points you earn.
- The game ends when your mouse gets caught by one of the traps!
Cake Catcher Game Options:
- There is a microphone icon located at the upper left corner of the game screen. This control seems to be a bit erratic. It has been my experience that it allows you to turn off the music, and leave the other sound effects on, but only for the first game. Anyway the music isn't bad at all, and you can always turn your speakers down or off. So, this is no big deal. But I just thought I would mention it.
Cake Catcher Playing Tips:
- There may be a slight advantage to keeping your mouse near the center of the board a majority of the time. Since the mouse traps emanate from the sides, this gives you more time to react.

Comments: Cake Catcher is kind of silly. It has cute graphics and sound effects. I think kids will like it a lot. But, anyone... of course, can have fun playing it.
